Keeping up CE's can sometimes be overwhelming when combined with your day to day adjusting and personal activities.  To help you out, we have included this page with courses in various parts of the country that you may wish to consider as meeting your CE goals.

CAIIA Seminar for the Evaluation of Earthquake Damage (SEED) (8 hrs)

This is a required certification program for any adjuster handling earthquake claims in the state of California.  This program is a "must have" for out of state and property Cat adjusters.  This program also includes the mandatory Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulation re-certification program.  Added this year is the new SIU Regulations certification required for adjusters in California.  RPA designees will receive the CAIIA Member rate for this course.

Additional Ways For RPA Members to Achieve Their 15 Continuing Education Credits

Generally, appropriate CE credits may be obtained through the following activities:

1. Successfully complete approved exams or tests.

2. Attend and complete an approved conference, seminar, or training course.

3. Teach a seminar or workshop or participate as a presenter at a conference or seminar program.

4. Research and author a seminar, workshop, or conference presentation.

5. Research and author an appropriate and published article that serves to teach or describe a claims issue or activity.

6. Serve as an RPA committee member, volunteering time and effort toward the success of the organization and its members.
